Eddie's Recipes - Baked Chickena La Orange
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 3-pound chicken, skinned and cut into serving size pieces
3 tablespoons grated orange peel
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon red pepper sauce
1 4-ounce can mushrooms
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Method
- Wash and dry chicken and place in nonstick baking pan
- Mix remaining ingredients and pour over chicken
- Bake, uncovered, for 40 minutes in a 400 F oven
- Turn chicken and recoat with sauce on bottom of pan
- Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until done
