Eddie's Recipes - Fat-free Cauliflower Polonaise
Serves 4
Ingredients
1 head cauliflower
2 egg whites, hard-boiled and chopped
3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons toasted whole wheat breadcrumbs
Method
- Boil or steam cauliflower until tender. Place on serving plate
- Combine egg whites with parsley and bread crumbs
- Sprinkle egg white mixture on cauliflower and serve
